Committee service

Central Committee for Training and Projects
The Central Committee for Training and Projects plays an advisory role, providing guidance rather than executive decisions. The service secretary and their team are responsible for selecting appropriate activities and programs that best suit their area, and they manage these initiatives both administratively and financially.
The primary goal of the committee is to develop the skills and capabilities of families in the community, helping them to achieve sustainable incomes and improve their standard of living. This mission also aims to reduce unemployment and curb internal and external migration by empowering local cadres in each region. The committee works towards this by:
Assisting families in discovering and developing their talents and skills.
Guiding individuals to suitable training centers.
Supporting participation in small businesses or the development of existing projects.
Providing training in feasibility studies, marketing strategies, and essential employment skills, such as writing CVs, job searching through social media, interview preparation, and understanding workplace professionalism.
Enhancing problem-solving abilities to overcome project-related challenges.
Reviewing both individual and group projects to ensure progress and sustainability.
Training individuals to collaborate with governmental and non-governmental organizations that offer development services within the church’s geographical area.
Through these activities, the committee fosters community participation and self-reliance, paving the way for comprehensive and sustainable development.

Central Spiritual Committee
The Purpose and Essence of the Spiritual Committee
The Spiritual Committee supports the Reverend Father in the local church but does not replace the role of the church itself.
Its primary goal is to guide both servants and the wider community towards the Kingdom of God through two main pillars:
Selecting spiritual cadres based on clear and specific criteria.
Empowering these cadres through a dedicated program to ensure the sustainability and growth of the served community.
Spiritual Committee Activities
Preparing various themes (spiritual, social, liturgical) to meet community needs and address negative trends.
Contributing to the establishment of libraries and enriching existing ones with carefully selected books.
Training local cadres in Bible sharing.
Establishing or supporting fellowship meetings for youth, families, men, and disadvantaged groups.
Supporting services such as communion for the sick.
Organizing spiritual days, conferences, carnivals, or theatrical performances (operetta).
The Spiritual Development Program
This program focuses on empowering local cadres to make strong spiritual choices and to become leaders in their communities.
Spreading the Word of God through regular Bible reading.
Living according to the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
Practicing discipleship and maintaining a continuous need for spiritual nourishment.
Preparing new servants to carry forward the mission, recognizing that “the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.”

Central Committee for Awareness and Education
The mission of the Central Committee for Awareness and Education is to uplift and transform the families and communities we serve by fostering development, raising awareness, and improving educational levels. Through targeted programs for students and parents alike, we aim to fulfill the message of our Lord Jesus Christ — leading to a better, more enlightened life.
Our initiatives are divided into two main pillars:
1. Awareness Programs
We focus on training and empowering local leaders and volunteers through simple, well-structured programs that build community resilience and understanding.
2. Educational Programs
We work to enhance the educational levels of students and parents through diverse and impactful initiatives:
